Warranty

 

Truck Center International Ltd, provides a 12-month warranty on all their remanufactured products recovered, but no longer than 2 years from the date of shipment. Claims for damages arising from misuse of our products will not be accepted.

The warranty period starts from the date of sale, carried out by the distributor or importer of Truck Center International company (supporting documents must be submitted).

    We stand behind the products we create. If you believe your product has a re-manufacturing defect, we apologies, please contact us at sales@truck-center.ee , so we can make it right 

    The procedure for the complaint as follows:

    • Distributor/importer must notify the Truck Center International of complaint received within 7 days of receipt of the complaint from the customer.

    The complaint must contain the following information:

    • Details and product name
    • Serial number
    • Date of sale
    • Photos (good quality) to show clearly what the issue and confirming the origin of the product (serial number).

    Once we have received your claim, if the covered component proves to be defective in material or craftsmanship under normal use, it will be repaired or the item will be replaced free of repair charges. You will be notified via email from us, and your item will be sent out via post. We aim to process your claim within the week of receiving it.

     

    What is covered under warranty?

    - The decision, as well as the assessment of the case by our company and all information on the return, will be sent to the distributor/importer. The decision takes effect immediately.

     

    Reimbursement of damaged product is only possible if all the above conditions are met.

     

    The warranty doesn’t cover if:

    The product has not been properly installed (water, oil separators, condensate must be replaced before installation in the air system, the chambers must be sealed) or not stored properly (outdoors, in a damp or heavily dusty room, in an open form without boxes, without protective labels on the product). Warranty does not cover natural wear, effects of wear, chemical damage (use of unsuitable or poor quality liquids), as well as any interference by third parties.

     

    Exchange & Returns

     

    How do I exchange an item?

    Please email at sales@truck-center.ee within 14 days of receiving your item(s) with your full name and order number, and state the reason for the exchange and the alternate item(s) you would like instead. Our team will email you an exchange form to complete and send in with your package. 

    Please note we do not reimburse shipping costs.

     

    What is your returns policy?
    Email at sales@truck-center.ee with your full name, order number and state the reason for your refund. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on SALE items.

    The Truck Center International will refund the value of your item (via the original form of payment) within 7 days of receiving and accepting the returned item in the same condition in which it was shipped. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. You will be notified by email once the transaction has taken place.

      Who are our shipping agents?

      We offer DPD classic, UPS, and DHL International Express service on all European orders.

       

      Can I pick up my order, or drop in my exchange/warranty claim from your workshop?

      Yes, you can pick up your order at our workshop if you live locally. You just need to select Local Pickup option at checkout.

       

      Do you ship internationally?

      For all orders outside of Europe, we offer DHL International Express service and UPS carriers. Please note that all international addresses must be entered in English.

       

      When can I expect my order to arrive?

      We strive to process all orders within 1 - 2 days of ordering from our Tallinn store using the delivery service. You will be required to sign for your parcel upon delivery. If there is no one available to sign for your parcel upon delivery it will be left at the nearest post office for you to collect. We recommend providing an address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-5pm Mon-Fri.

      Please note if you order on the weekend, your order will be shipped the following business day.

      In all cases, you must return the damaged goods to Truck Center International company to SUUR-SÕJAMÄE 36 Tallinn  EE 11415

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

      If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
